1. What I need to supply before getting a quote?

Please let me know the size, material, quantity and send the artwork, that wll be fine. 

2. Do you accept small quanity?

Yes, we accept samll MOQ, for example MOQ 200PCS for woven labels and MOQ 1000pcs for rubber patch.

3. What form of artwork do you need?

As the artwork, it should be AI ,PSD,CRD or clear PDF.

4. What's your main products?

We are a professional garments label manufacture, specialize in this field more than 10 years and have our own factory.
Mainly product woven label, printing label, hangtags, shopping  bags, stickers, embroidery patch ,plastic tags, metal tags, leather labels and so on. 

5. How about the supply capacity?

We have more than 200 workers and we believe that we can meet your demand.

6. How about the working time?

We usually work on 8:00-21:30, contains the weekend. 

7. How about the delivery way?

By express, By air and or By sea,  based on your selections.

8. How about the sample time? 

The samples time will be 3-5 days after confirm the design.

9. Can you offer free samples?  

Yes, we can offer free samples for stock woven labels ,wash care labels and hangtag. 

10. How about  the production time?

Usually it will take 5-7 working days for woven labels and 10-15 days for hangtag. 

If you need the items urgent, we will try our best to make it first. 

11. How about the delivery time? 

Usually it will take 3-5 working days for delivery .

12. What payment methods do you have?

Usually we accepte T/T,Paypal and western union.

13. Do you have any certificates ?

Yes, we have got the OEKO-TEX100, SGS, ISO9001 etc.
